HenFeathers offers a range of accessories to enhance the enjoyment of your fountain, whether it is large, small or wall. Fountain covers are an extra precaution for severe winter months. Our Fountain covers come in four sizes ranging from extra large to small and are constructed from Tyvek® from DuPont which is lightweight and durable and is breathable, yet resistant to water, abrasion, bacterial penetration and aging, making it the ideal material for our covers. Guaranteed durability. Covers are available in the natural grey color as shown. Though it may vary for your climate we suggest that birdbath and / fountain tops be covered in the severe winter. Once the top fills with water or snow and freezes, the top may crack. As an extra precaution for severe winters, remove all pumps, rubber stoppers, drain pipes, finials and small components, and cover the top making sure that a lot of water does not accumulate in the basin and freeze. Fountain pumps, finials, and other small components should be stored indoors. Check the fountain periodically to insure that the cover is secure and a lot of water is not accumulating in any fountain component.. | ||||||||||||||||
