Oliviere Jar - Terra Cotta

Our Jar is simply stunning. It has a shape that reminds one of the southwest Indian shape with touches of a Mediterranean vibe. Just gorgeous. The Oliviere Jar is an addition to our family of bisque styled high fired terracotta jars which include the Venasque Jar, the Valensole Jar, and the De Vesian Jar all in Terra Cotta. (See below) At over 41" in height, the Oliviere Jar has a taller narrow profile when compared to the other pots in this group. This planter is perfect for poolside, verandas, patio corners and practically any indoor/outdoor garden setting. In groupings of two or more these vases make a special statement. Use them to line a walkway or accent a foyer. Mix and match with other pots in this group for a great tiered display.

Meticulously hand made and hand finished in high fired terra cotta. This Oliviere Jar is only available in the rich terra cotta finish as shown.

Our glazed and terra cotta pottery is high fired between 990 (terra cotta) and 1000 (glazed) degrees centigrade to ensure frost resistance and durability. Due to the processes used in the manufacturing of our hand-made and hand-glazed containers, all variations with respect to firing, color, size and crackling are natural occurrences in the manufacturing process. The glazes on our containers consist of natural, not chemical, components and therefore the final color of the product will vary. This process creates the unique beauty of each piece.
