Our glazed and terra cotta pottery is high fired between 990 (terra cotta) and 1000 (glazed) degrees centigrade to ensure frost resistance and durability. Due to the processes used in the manufacturing of our hand-made and hand-glazed containers, all variations with respect to firing, color, size and crackling are natural occurrences in the manufacturing process. The glazes on our containers consist of natural, not chemical, components and therefore the final color of the product will vary. The Rovigo Round Planter is a stunning Mediterranean world pot. For this pot the outstanding feature is it fantastic Antico Terra Cotta finish. This is a standout pot, planted inside or outdoors, on a patio, deck or in a garden. Finely crafted in terra cotta. These planters are distinguished by their splendid forms and clean lines. Guaranteed outdoor durability. Shown here in the Antico Terra Cotta finish, the Rovigo Planter is also available in a more traditional terra cotta finish we call Terra Nova (see below). Both are beautiful. Color finishes are hand applied and may vary making each piece unique.
