Our Seahorse is a wonderfully detailed sculpture of an ocean going seahorse. A charming decorative object that is also a great conversation starter. The sculpture is a bit over 2 feet in height and can be placed tabletop or on the ground or floor. Use inside or outside on a porch on patio side table or as a centerpiece. This sculpture is substantial weighing in at 60 pounds and is perfect outside by the swimming pool with a small likelihood of tipping or being blown over. This sculpt is even better when matched with our one of our other nature themed planters and sculptures (see below) and is a natural fit in any beach house decor environment.

As per Wikipedia: A seahorse (also written sea-horse and sea horse) is any of 46 species of small marine bony fish in the genus Hippocampus. "Hippocampus" comes from the Ancient Greek hipp—kampos (ἱ¹¹όκαμ¹ος), itself from h’ppos (ἵ¹¹ος) meaning "horse" and k‡mpos (κάμ¹ος) meaning "sea monster" or "sea animal". Having a head and neck suggestive of a horse, seahorses also feature segmented bony armour, an upright posture and a curled prehensile tail. Seahorses are mainly found in shallow tropical and temperate salt water throughout the world, from about 45¡S to 45¡N.[8] They live in sheltered areas such as seagrass beds, estuaries, coral reefs, and mangroves
