Smithsonian Morning Glory Urn (2pc)

As part of the Smithsonian Collection the Smithsonian Morning Glory Urn is a magnificant estate urn that is just breathtaking. This urn has a classic goblet contour and features a beautiful floral relief design around the upper bowl beneath the rim. The motif is repeated on the at the base of a fluted pedestal that rests on a square base.

This is a very large urn that stands at 3 1/4 feet on its own and as it is so substantial at 375 lbs., it comes in 2 pieces; the urn bowl and the bottom pedestal.

Mounted on a pedestal base, short or tall, the Smithsonian Morning Glory Urn becomes the centerpiece design element of a garden or veranda or entrance drive. The urn's carvings are excellent and excently reproduced. The urn itself is timeless and captivating, even unplanted. Use in any garden setting, indoors or outside, but is a wonderful element by an entrance, a garden clearing or framing an outside stairway especially utilized as a pair.
